Position: Business Development Manager
Reporting to: General Manager dotted line to Chief Commercial Officer

Responsibilities:
- Oversee entire sales of GSM Home Products countrywide channeled to Key Accounts
- Understand requirements and champion bidding process to win tenders from variousinstitutions
- Strategic sales and market approach to acquire new clients
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
- carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
- Control sales collection & keep the outstanding within the required Limit
- Research and identify new business opportunities -including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services -or new ways of reaching existing markets
Minimum experience required by the position
- Advanced Diploma or Degree in Commerce or Business Management/Administration
- Corporate work environment acumen
- At least 5 years in furniture trading industry
- Excellent understanding of the Global, Regional business dynamics
- Good technical, marketing and business development abilities
- Strong strategic, Creative,and innovative thinking
- Strong interpersonal communication, networking and influencing skills
