Lethabo reveals that growing up she was often bullied at school being called names due to obesity, but she decided to stand up and fight obesity to an extent that she is one of fittest people in the country , she revealed that she used wake up as early as 5am to workout and used to train 3 times a day for two hours as a results she lost so much weight and now she is in the best shape of her life , she did all the work some time ago now its just maintenance light training just to stay in shape , it takes a lot of courage and endurance to gain such level of fitness it's not child's play but it's doable , through commitment and determination you can can get to desired level of fitness.
