Nimenunua hivi karibuni modem ya vodacom aina ya ZTE K3570-z. Nimefanya installation successful. Nikichomeka modem kwenye laptop yangu, inakua detected na network ipo vizuri, salio napata as well as nikitaka kuongeza credit kwenye line huduma inapatikana.
Tatizo liko kwenye internet connection, kila niki-click connect inaleta message hii hapa chini.
"Mobile connection not possible.
-Set your current mobile device as default device under the 'Device' tab in the Advanced window
-Ensure that no other applications are using your mobile device and try again in a short while
-Delete the device under 'Devices' tab in the Advanced window, add it back again, and then try connecting
-If you see the 'Account Type' option in the Options Window, check that the correct account is sellected for your SIM.
If this error persists,please contact support at your mobile network operator

Laptop yangu ni TOSHIBA na natumia Window 7 Home Premium. Nimejaribu na bado naendelea kuhangaika ku-fix hili tatizo ikiwa ni pamoja na kutembelea na kusoma forums,articles mbalimbali from vodafone stakeholders and others lakini bado sijafanikiwa. Vilevile nimejaribu kutumia JOIN AIR DASHBOARD FOR ZTE MODEM, lakini cha ajabu hii program kila nikii-open inafanya initialization then inajifunga na zaidi ya hapo hakuna kinachoendelea. Sijafanya mawasiliano yoyote na vodacom. Sababu kuu ni kuhofia kupoteza muda kwa majibu yasiyo na uhakika. Naamini hapa jamvini ndio kwenye wataalamu wa ki-ukweli.
Tafadhali naomba kwa yoyote mwenye ufahamu wa kina kuhusu hili tatizo anisaidie.
