Nimenunua hivi karibuni modem ya vodacom aina ya ZTE K3570-z. Nimefanya installation successful. Nikichomeka modem kwenye laptop yangu, inakua detected na network ipo vizuri, salio napata as well as nikitaka kuongeza credit kwenye line huduma inapatikana.

Tatizo liko kwenye internet connection, kila niki-click connect inaleta message hii hapa chini.

"Mobile connection not possible.

-Set your current mobile device as default device under the 'Device' tab in the Advanced window
-Ensure that no other applications are using your mobile device and try again in a short while
-Delete the device under 'Devices' tab in the Advanced window, add it back again, and then try connecting
-If you see the 'Account Type' option in the Options Window, check that the correct account is sellected for your SIM.

If this error persists,please contact support at your mobile network operator

Nimejaribu na bado naendelea kuhangaika ku-fix hili tatizo ikiwa ni pamoja na kutembelea na kusoma forums,articles mbalimbali from vodafone stakeholders and others lakini bado sijafanikiwa. Vilevile nimejaribu kutumia JOIN AIR DASHBOARD FOR ZTE MODEM, lakini cha ajabu hii program kila nikii-open inafanya initialization then inajifunga na zaidi ya hapo hakuna kinachoendelea. Sijafanya mawasiliano yoyote na vodacom. Sababu kuu ni kuhofia kupoteza muda kwa majibu yasiyo na uhakika. Naamini hapa jamvini ndio kwenye wataalamu wa ki-ukweli.

Tafadhali naomba kwa yoyote mwenye ufahamu wa kina kuhusu hili tatizo anisaidie.

Mkuu nimejaribu hilo zoezi bila mafanikio. Tatizo hii software ya JOIN AIR haikubali kufunga. Kila nikiifungua inafanya initialization then inajifunga. Sasa sijui ni kwamba haiko compatible with window 7?
 
Ipo software ya vodafone inayosupport window 7.unaweza kudownload kutoka website ya vodafone.kama utashindwa nenda vodashop watakusaidia.

Ngoja niingie kwenye hiyo site niitafute. Kuna software moja niliidowload from vodafone india lakini nilivyojaribu kutumia hii modem ya voda ikasema, the software is the older one, and can not be supported.

Vilevile hii dashboard ya k3570-z from vodafone naona ina complications nyingi, kwakweli nikipata other 3rd party software, i will be much confortable.

Bibie hizo modem ni compatible kabisa na windows 7 haina haja ya kudwnload latest dashboard ingekua ni k3565 hapo sawa.

Mkuu angaikia na join air ni nzuri sana kwaajili ya kutumia line za Tigo na Airtel.
Kunapost humu inaelezea namna ya kufanya, na unapokuwa umeinstall join air usi unistall hiyo dash boad ya vodafone.
