Habari za kazi wote kwa ujumla jamani....Nilikuwa naombeni mtu yoyote mwenye kufahamu kama anaweza kunielewesha nifanye nini ili niweze kusolve hii problem....Juzi nilikuwa nataka niinstall internet explorer 7 soo baada ya kuinstall pc yangu yangu ikazimika ghafla baada ya hapo nikaifungua baada ya kufunguka kawaida huwa nikifungua inafunguka moja kwa moja so sasa hivi nikifungua inafunguka ikifika mahali inaandika welcome and then hapo hapo inasema kwamba

sasa nilikuwa nataka niitoe hii software siitaki tena maana nilijua kwamba itanisaidia kumbe ndio imenipa ugonjwa mwingine nimejaribu kucheck kwenye contol panel kwenye install or remove program sijaiona hii genuine na pia nimecheck pia kwenye system restore nimejaribu kui restore pc yangu inaniambia siwezi kui remove sasa mnaweza kunisaidia kujua kwamba hii software itakuwa upande gani kwenye pc na pia nitairemove vipi??
 
bwana yassin copy yako ya windows sio genuine sio halali kwahiyo unatakiwa kopy halali cha kufanya unaweza kuinunua kama una internet nafikiri kuna sehemu ya kuclick ili uweze kununua halali , kingine unachoweza kufanya kama computer yako ulinunua mpya toka dukani lazima itakuwa na labal fulani pembeni ya microsoft ambayo ina product keys unaweza kutumia hizo pia kama zinaendana na software iliyokuwepo hapo .

Shy nashukuru sana tena sana na nadhani pia yaani nikifungua tu pc yangu inaonyesha kama hapo kwenye hiyo link ambayo umeweka niifungue....Pia mimi sikuwa na nia ya kuinstall kwenye pc yangu... pc yangu inafanya kazi bila wasiwasi wowote ule na wala sikuwa na haja ya kuweza kuinstall hii kitu maana pc yangu sasa naona kama imenipa pc yangu iwe na ugonjwa sasa siwezi kuiremove au nifanyeje ili niweze kusolve hii problem maana nimeona kiasi inachouzwa ni hela ambazo siwezi kuzitoa bila sababu maana pc haina matatizo yoyote yale so nadhani unaweza nisaidia kwa msaada wako zaidi nifanye nini ili niweze kusolve na pia je hizo copy ambazo sio halali nikiweka na zenyewe haziwezi kusumbua...Nategemea unaweza kunipa ushauri zaidi nifanye ili niweze kumaliza hili tatizo

Jamani wadau nimeamua kuja kuchangia na nyinyi kwa kile nilichofanikiwa kupata maana sidhani kama hili tatizo nilipopata mimi si mimi tu ambaye nimepata nimeshatatua au kuna wengine wanalo nikasema wacha nije ni mwage hapa hili tatizo ambalo nimeshalisolve ili na nyinyi muweze kufaidika pia..Pia kabla sijaanza kusemea hili tatizo ni kwamba soma topic ya kwanza kabisa na fatilia hatua kwa hatua mpaka hapa nadhani utaelewa zaidi...Ok nadhani nilikuwa na tatizo la window Genuine ambayo ilikuwa inanisumbua sana ilikuwa vigumu sana kuiremove kutoka kwenye computer lakini naweka process hapo chini hatua kwa hatua zifatilie kama unatatizo hilo basi kila kitu chako kitakuwa sawa kabisa na nina uwakika 100% pia nimewauliza MICROSOFT ndio wamenieleza kama ifuatavyo hapo chini....

I have checked the Product Key (((Hapa waliandika Product key yangu))), and find it is an invalid key which is generated by Key generator. Being an end user myself, I do understand the situation is frustrating. I would like to explain that if the Product Key is invalid, we cannot validate Windows and get the updates from the Microsoft Update site. Please be assured that we can still get all the security updates via Automatic Updates, which will not require validation. Therefore, to keep the system in a safe environment, I suggest trying the following steps to enable the Automatic Updates feature.

a. Click "Start", click "Run", enter "SYSDM.CPL" (without quotation marks) and then press Enter.

b. On the Automatic Updates tab, select the option "Automatic (recommended)", and then click OK.

After that, it security updates will be automatically downloaded and installed.

In addition, in order to ensure you can get all the updates and services of Microsoft, I recommend you install the system with a genuine Product Key. Based on the current situation, we have the following three options:

Option 1:

Go back to the place where the original copy of Windows was purchased, inform the reseller about the problem and have them reinstall the Windows by using a genuine Product Key.

..huwezi kuiondoa hiyo kitu, mpaka u-install afresh windows os.

..hapo una mawili, utumie key anayoisema pangupakavu au ununue windows os isiyo ya wizi [pirated].
