MSAADA: PC haisomi CD Drive

Wataalamu wenzangu, msaada wa mawazo ya kiufundi.
Nina PC Dell Optiplex GX 270, haioneshi CD drive ambayo imekuwa installed. CD rom inapata power kama kawaida, kwa maana ya kwamba inaingiza na kutoa loader,ila haionekani katika 'My Computer'.
Nimejaribu kubadilisha CD drive nyingine, nayo haikuonekana. Nilibadili cables za data, bado haikuonekana. Nilijaribu kuingia katika BIOS, inasome "CD Drive Not Installed"
Please help with technical advice.

kwa uwelewa wangu wa pc hiyo inatumia IDE,kama hard drive inaonekana basi check na jumper settings za hard drive especially seagate na westernDigital huwa zinasumbua kama primary drive haijawa terminated na jumper.So chukua hiyo CD-Rom yako na i-slave kwenye data cable ya hard drive best option weka Cable select.

Hilo ni tatizo la Registry.... kulimaliza ni sekunde chache sana..... fanya hivi....

1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. In the Open box, type regedit, and then click OK.

4. In the right pane, click UpperFilters.
   
   Note You may also see an UpperFilters.bak registry entry. You do not have to remove that entry. Click UpperFilters only. If you do not see the UpperFilters registry entry, you still might have to remove the LowerFilters registry entry. To do this, go to step 7.
5. On the Edit menu, click Delete.
6. When you are prompted to confirm the deletion, click Yes.
7. In the right pane, click LowerFilters.

Hilo ni tatizo la Registry.... kulimaliza ni sekunde chache sana..... fanya hivi....
