Bila kwenda gym maana nipo mbali na mji........

Ila nyinyi watu wa mazoez mnakera sehem moja tu yaani sionagi faida yenu hata kidogo coz mnaweza kumuona mtu kavamiwa na mateja(anakabwa) halaf chakushangaza bila mshipa wa aibu hamuendi kutoa msaada

Kama vipi ni bora muaache tu coz hayo mapushap yenu hayana msaada kwa jamii

Mm mkuu nilianza kulea kitambi faster nikakishusha kwa kukimbia ninazunguka uwanja Mpira wa mtaani round 20 kwa dakika 25 hadi 30.. Baada YA hapo nafanya mazoezi YA viungo kuna zoezi moja la kukata kitambi uwa tunaliita kukaa kwenye kochi zuri Sana... Unakaa chini unabana punzi unanyoosha miguu alafu unainanyua juuu kama futi moja unahesabu kwa kadri YA punzi yakooo... Hapo kitambi kwaheriiii
