Msaada katika hili kwenye simu yangu

Habarini wadau,

Naombeni msaada katika simu yangu hii ya INFINIX HOT8 LITE katika vitu hivi.
1.Ukifungua katika contacts hakuna namba zozote zilizopo na nikitoa line katika simu hii na kuweka kwenye simu nyingine majina yapo yote.

2.Katika kusave namba mpya inakataa nakuandika( this SIM is not able to store contacts) japo pia ukibadili kwenye simu nyingine unasave kawaida tu.

Je, tatizo litakuwa ni nini?

Duh, pole jaribu kufanya kwa kufuata haya maelekezo. Unaweza kuyanukuu mahali iwe rahisi kufanya hatua kwa hatua

Boot into Recovery Mode
Now, this is very much useful if your device ran into issues. Like when you really can't get your Infinix phone to boot up completely, when it says "Unfortunately, Settings has stopped", etc. You would be very much able to reset Infinix phone by pressings a combination of two keys. Here's how to do that.
  1. Completely power off your Infinix device.
  2. Simultaneously press and hold down the Power and Volume-up If you're doing it right, your device won't vibrate during the process.
  3. When the Infinix logo shows up, simply release the power button while still holding the Volume-up button until it hits the recovery menu.
  4. After that, you would see a fallen Android Robot with "No command" text. Simply hit the Power button, then the Volume up button to enter the Recovery Mode in proper.
  5. Use the volume buttons to navigate through the recovery options.
  6. Then hit Wipe data/factory reset using the power button.
  7. Use the same method to select yes from the list.
  8. Wait for a successful reset message, then navigate to the Reboot system now,then select it with the power button.
Before we forget, it's worth mentioning that FRP (Factory Reset Protection) kicks in as soon as you reset your phone via the Recovery Mode (or sometimes through the Settings as well). Meaning that you would have to sign-in to your Google account after wiping your phone to validate your ownership.

Ingia app ya contacts then click zile dots tatu halafu ingia settings za contacts, humo ndani utakuta setting ya kuchagua contacts ambazo zinatakiwa zioneshwe chagua sim contacts.

Ikikataa jaribu 3rd party apps toka store za contacts kama vile Google contacts.

Mkuu naomba msaada wako,nina simu aina ya Tecno spark 5 nikiwasha simu inawasha wifi yenyewe, kifurushi cha data kikiisha hata baadaye nikijiunga tena inakataa kuunganisha mpaka nizime na kuwasha simu.
Je kuna namna ya kurekebisha hali hiyo?

Ni mtandao wa Tigo? Hio ni kawaida, ila si lazima uzime simu, eka on airplane mode Kisha off.

Line no.1 natumia Tigo lakini namba 2 uwa nabadilisha badilisha kati ya airtel na halotel lakini zote kuhusu data zinafanya hivyo hivyo,hata hivyo nashukuru kwa maelekezo yako.

sasa kwa hatua hizi si nitafuta kila kitu kwenye simu mkuu

kwa apo ata nikichagua kwenye sim contacts hamna namba yeyote inayoonekana
ngoja nijaribu kwenye hizo 3rd party apps
