Mradi wa mabasi yaendayo kasi (BRT) na Dar es Salaam Rapid Transit (DART)

Sikubaliani na wewe kwamba nchi yetu ni masikini. Tanzania sio masikini hata kidogo, ni usimamizi mbovu tu wa rasilimali zetu na uongo wa viongozi kutaka kutuaminisha kwamba nchi ni masikini wakati wao na familia zao wanaishi maisha ya matanuzi. Kwa kutaka cha juu au kwa kutokujali wengine, viongozi wetu wamesaini mikataba mibovu inayofanya the so called wawekezaji kujichukulia utajiri wetu watakavyo kwa kuwa tu waliwaonga wachache.

Tanzania si masikini!!!!

nakubaliana na wewe umasikini wetu sio kama hatuna kitu, umasikini wetu ni wa kusababishwa na hao ambao w=hawawezi kutumia rasilimali za nchi vizuri ili nchi ipige hatua, management ya maliasili mbovu, wasimamizi wanaona mwisho wa matumbo yao, wanazidi kuneemesha mabenki ya uswiss, maana ndio wanazificha huko, ovyo kweli, bora wangekua wanazizungushia hapahapa kwa kufungua miradi mbalimbali, ingeuma lakini atleast wametupatia vibarua.
 
Ferry terminal tayari umeshaanza kuonekana...huu mtindo wa kuwapa kila lot kwa mkandarasi tofauti umesaidia mradi kuanza vizuri.
 
Huu mradi umeshaongelewa sana tangu nikiwa o'level sasa mimi nishakuwa mtu mzima bado wanauongelea tu. Nataka kuanzisha Mradi mpya wa Mabasi yaendayo taratibu Dsm kwa kifupi DSTS-Dar es Salaam Slow Transport System kwa sababu hii ni biashara huria natumaini watanipa kibali ili kuwepo na ushindani na mlaji apate kile anachotaka. Kila siku DART DART tumeshachoka..na maigizo yenu

note ; wanaposema mabasi yaendayo kasi hawamaanishi speed ya kufa mtu, wanayaita yaendayo kasi kwa kuwa yana njia zao maalumu ambazo ndio zinafanya mabasi haya ya kuwa ya haraka kwani hayatakua na foleni labda tuu yatakaposubiri kwenye mataa, speed ya mabasi haya ni ya kawaida kama mabasi mengine ila tu ni ya haraka, watu wengi hujiuliza , mabasi ya kasi barabara zenyewe ziko wapi? yanatakua ya kasi kuelekea wapi? si tutagongwa mpka tuishe jamani, hehe mradi wa mabasi ya dar unajulikana kama DART( DAR ES SALAAM RAPID TRANSIT) mfumo huu wa mabasi unajulikana kwa kifupi kama (BRT) katika nchi nyingi na kirefu chake ni BUS RAPID TRANSIT.

Mradi ni mzuri na nafikiri baada ya miaka kadhaa utafanikiwa kwa kuwa unafadhiliwa na World Bank na fedha ipo mingi.

Kwa taarifa tu ni kwamba World Bank huwa haifadhili inakopesha. Na huo mkopo wewe, watoto na wajukuu zako watalipa tu.

Detailed Map of the Gerezani and CBD Area

While the construction of the Dar Rapid Transit (DART) infrastructure phase 1 is underway, a report to begin architectural designs for Phases 2 and 3 whose distance covers 42km was on May 17, 2011 released by Kyong Dong Engineering Co. Ltd of Korea in association with Ambicon Engineerng Ltd of Tanzania.

The task to be carried out by the two companies is to prepare a detailed design of the two phases from which three components would be covered. The clusters for design include the infrastructure, the network plans and the organizational and institutional management plan.

The inception report indicates that the Phase 2 DART corridor is along Kilwa Road with a total of 19.3km from the city centre to Mbagala area while Phase 3 DART corridor is situated along Nyerere Road with a total of 23.6km from Gongolamboto to Kariakoo area.

Kilwa Road, according to the report, has two lanes in each direction with a central median enough to accommodate the proposed 2 lanes two way Rapid Transit bus Lanes. On the other hand, Nyerere Road is 2 lane 1 way from the Old Post office to Mnazimmoja and there after it is dual carriageway, 2 lane each direction to Airport area.

In August 2010, the President of Tanzania, His Execellency Dr. Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete officiated at the inauguration ceremony of DART project infrastructure development at Kivukoni Front where the construction of a Terminal is continuing. Other Terminals that are already under construction include Feeder Stations at Shikilango and Mwinyijuma along Morogoro Road and Kawawa Road, respectively
