It's a naked truth that, Joseph Mbilinyi aka Mr Sugu qualifys for a super role model status for all young people aspiring for greatness in Tanzania. Starting his career as an amateur rapper, Mr Sugu climbed the ladder necessary towards supremacy in music industry in Tanzania. Through his sheer perseverance and resourcefulness Mr Sugu paved the way for almost all young musicians commonly known as Bongo Flavor Artists who have taken Tanzania by storm through their good songs.
As a true leader Mr Sugu has now shown everybody that hunger for success doesn't stop when you have achieved one thing you must always go for something better as long as you have necessary tools and ability to do so. Unlike so many young people in Tanzania who are easily settle for peanuts they have accumulated, Mr Sugu has taught us another important thing "DETERMINATION" a key adjunct to success.
Well, I could go on and on with this but may be I should stop here by saying congratulation to Mr Sugu on his new job. You have achieved a feat which few individuals will dare to try. You will always be a Mentor and we wish you luck.

Lets hope hayuko bungeni just to make numbers-lets hope a year from now we will be bombarding him with positives and not negatives
 
Hao ndiyo tunawaita vijana walioamka, sio wengine wakitoa ka nyimbo kamoja kakija juu basi wanajiona wao ndiyo wao...wanaishia kwenye starehe na hatimaye inakua maisha ndiyo basi....Ni mfano mzuri kwa kweli kwa wasanii wengine pamoja na vijana wote kwa ujumla.
