Hawa watu walio kwenye ajira ndio chanzo kikuu cha ukosefu ajira kwa sisi magraduet. Nasema hivi kwasababu kila ajira ikitangazwa na unapoenda interview zaidi ya nusu ya watu watu wanaoitwa ni watu waliomakazini na hao bada ya interview wanapewa kazi kutokana na experience waloi nayo.

Sisi tulio magraduet tunabaki kuangaika bila ajira. Ombi langu kaka na dada zangu naombeni mtulie na kazi mlizonazo muache uroho wa kuhamahama ofisi.

Hata mie hi iliniumizaga sana' pindi nimemaliza masomo' mnaenda sehemu, unakuta lijitu kwenye applicatio form za job linalipwa hata 1.3 mill, linakuja kwenye interview ambayo mtu halipwi hata jero

mkuu hyo nafasi inajazwa na haohao wenye ozoefu ipo kama cycle ni kwamba wa EWURA anenda tanapa,aliekue NDC anenda EWURA ko ndo mzunguko huo
bado nivile vile mkuu
hiyo unayo zungumzia wewe ni application za senior na managerial ambazo dogo aliyetoka shule hawezi ku compete
lakini utakuta junior officer akipanda kuwa senior nani ataziba pengo lake?

Lakini nakukumbusha pia kuwa elimu na hasa graduates wanafundishwa kuwa wabunifu (creativity), lakini kumbe na nyie ndio mnataka kuingia kwenye mfumo ule ule ulioifikisha nchi hapa ilipo!?

Tatizo ni kwamba unakata tamaa na unalalamika sana.
we endelea kuomba tu nafasi za kazi..
Tulio kwenye ajira lazima pia na sisi tuhame hame katika kutafuta maslah bora ,wengine kazi zao hawazipendi( first job) ,na sababu mbali mbali..ukianza kazi utajua kwa nini huku nako mbio mbio....

Hapa nilipo mimi mwenyewe nahangaika na tume ya ajira ,sijawahi itwa hata mara moja...ila bado nimo nakimbizana nao sababu vigezo ninavyo sema ushindani mkubwa

Hasara za kumwajiri fresh graduate ni:-
1. Hana uzoefu wa kazi=rate ya kukosea ni kubwa.=maximum supervision
2. Output ya fresh graduate ni ndogo kuliko ya mtu mwenye uzoefu.
Ukishaona kazi zinahtaji uzoefu, maana yake huyo mtu atahitajika kufanya kazi na maamuzi yenye bila supervision kwani expiriece is nothing but accumulation of previous mistakes therefore it reduces the probability of doing mistakes.
Hvyo basi kazi zinazohtaji expirience kwanza zinahtaji mtu anayejua kazi kwa vitendo na si nadharia.
Pili kazi yoyote inayohtaji uzoefu na ukaona watu wenye kazi wanaichangamkia tambua yafuatayo:
maslah yako ni makubwa kuliko ile kazi huyo mtu anayoiacha(orportunity cost)
job securitykatika kazi ya zamani ni ndogo kuliko aliyo nayo.

so what is your suggestion?
kwani hao walioko makazini nani kakwambia hawaendi training au seminar? kila wakati mifumo inabadilika so training ni lazima!
hakuna sehemu yoyote ulimwenguni wanamwajiri mtu pasipo kumfanyia training! hata kama ni duka la baba lazima atakufanyia training

Wewe sijui umesoma Shule ya wapi? Sehemu gani duniani hapa watu ambako hawabadilishi kazi? Acha kulalamika jipange na wewe uingie na usikute utakuwa wa kwanza kutafuta kazi nyingine. By the way hujui chochote watu wanahama kwa sababu nyingi. Unanipa pole wakati mimi nina kazi wewe huna....Utabaki kusindikiza na kulalama. Dunia ya sasa sio ya kubwetetka kama wewe unalala usingizi endeleeeeeeeeeeeeeea, tuache wenye sifa tubadilishe kazi huku vilaza wakiendelea kulalamiak

yaani ingekuwa mimi wewe ningenyamaza kimya kwa maoni yaliyotolewa. Hata wewe ukiajiriwa leo na kesho ukaona nafasi ambayo una vgezo na ina masah kuliko uliyo nayo utaiomba. "Every one seeks for green pasture"
think like wise literate and never thinks as a stupid literate who attends class so that people could count him as of of the literate. Mi ni kijana niliyehitimu chuo, ila wakati mwingine kwa sababu ya watu wasiopenda kustrech brain zao kama wewe naona aibu kujivunia elimu yangu mbele za watu. Unaboa, unafanya watu huku mitaani waone elimu ya sasa haina maana na kuwadharau waliosoma, kwa sababu ya watu kama wewe ambao wakitoa hoja zao ni nyepesi na hazi-add value katika jamii!

Serikali yako ndio inapaswa kuweka mazingira muafaka kuwezesha ajira mpya, ama sivyo hakuna mtu alizaliwa kufanya kazi sehemu moja, hata wewe futa kabisa hiyo mentality, usidhani wote wanaoacha kazi wanaacha kwa kupenda.
