Media reports say a top CIA official responsible for the assassination of Iranian Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani was on the spy aircraft that crashed in Afghanistan.
On Monday, the US military comfirmed that its' spy aircraft,E-11A jet, built by Bombardier Inc, had indeed crashed in the province of Ghazni in an area controlled largely by the Taliban militant group and Michael was in the crashed aircraft.
Michael D’Andrea was the top CIA official responsible for the assassination of General Soleimani, the commander of the Quds Force of Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC), along with Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, the second-in-command of Iraq's Popular Mobilization Units (PMU), in a US airstrike in the Iraqi capital Baghdad early this month.
“Andrea is the most prominent figure in the US CIA in the Middle East. He has been in charge of operations in Iraq, Iran and Afghanistan,” an unverified media report said.
The cause of the crash remains unclear. Iranian prayers answered or probably an Iranian master plan? You be the judge.
