Jamani naomba niulize kwa wana JF ambao ni wataalamu wa ujenzi.

Naomba wanipatie bajeti ya kujenga nyumba ya kawaida yenye vyumba 5, sebule, kitchen, dinning na sitting room ina cost kwa makisio shilingi ngapi?

Baada ya miaka 15 tangu tujenge jumba hilo, watoto wamekomaa na wameondoka nyumbani na kutuachia sehemu kubwa sana ambayo haitumiki tena. Property Tax ya nyumba inaongezeka kila mwaka!

Ninataka kuliuza lakini sasa nostalgia ya watoto inakuwa ni kikwazo! Plan with care!!

Hii imekaa sawa kweli? ina maana kwa nyumba ya vyumba 5 alioulizia mkuu inaweza kuwa around Tzsh 25 - 30 Million?.

Hii ukikadiria kwamba kila chumba kitakuwa na ukubwa wa 10 square meters. ((10 x 5) x 500,000) = 25,000,000.

Kwa utaratibu huu mbona gharama zitakuwa ni ndogo ukilinganisha na gharama tunazozisikia kila siku?
Ulikuwa mtoro kwny darasa la namba, eeh??

Habari Wakuu!! Nina kiwanja changu ukubwa 30-20. Udongo wake ni Mfinyanzi nipo nje kidogo ya mji kama Km 4 hv na nina mdoto ya kujenga nyumba ya kawaida ila iwe angalau na kigorofa cha chumba kimoja

Ni nini napaswa kuzingatia kabla sijaanza chochote? na je kwa ukubwa huu naweza kufanya ujenzi huo?
ukubwa wa kiwanja unatosha kabisa mkuu. kwa ishu ya udongo hapo kikubwa ni kwamba msingi utakwenda chini sana (deep foundation) kulingana na structural design. So inawezekana muhim ni kuzingatia designing hasa za foundation kwenye structural design

Yeah boss upo sahihi, nimesema in ur preference coz hata hiyo ilikuwa preference ya mtu, ni kwamba huwezi kumsatisfy kilamtu at the same time.. mimi nna design nyingi kuliko maelezo, nmepost hyo coz jamaa alitaka simple/lowCost.... nikikutumia plan ya ramani kama hizi hapa chini you will agree with me.

Kwanza kwa wote mliochangia hii post nawaomba niwagongee senksi,kwa sababu ile kitufe cha kubofya senksi hakionekani kwangu.

Pili kuna nyumba (flat) ni mpya vya vyumba vitatu inauzwa kwa milioni 53 hapa Tanga.

Naomba wadau mniambie ni deal nzuri kununua au ni vizuri kujenga mwenyewe kwa hapa Tanga?
