The Constituency Development Fund Act, 2007
The Petroleum Supply Act, 2007
The Prevention and Fight Against HIV/AIDS Act, 2007
The NBC Act, 2007
The Financial Act, 2007
The tourism ACT,
The PUBLIC Service (ammendment ) ACT
The Procurement Management Proffessional Board
The Engineers Registration Board (ammendment ACT)

I suggest that this bills have to be attached/availed here for public scrutiny.

Your thread is more than vague sir! Most of the legislation you have mentioned are already, not only in place, but also in force! If you meant amendments to such legislation then you ought to have pointed out such amendments/area to enable forum members to contribute!

I don't like to believe that Hon Mnyika i know is not aware that the HIV & AIDS Law, Petroleum Act etc are in force!

Guide Hon Mnyika, or else you will have to show cause why shouldn't ..........
