Michael Jordan Pays Tribute To Serena Williams After Her Historic Victory
Serena Williams took home a historic 23rd Grand Slam title tonight in Melbourne, and one of sports' biggest legends had a special surprise in store - watch it all right here!

MELBOURNE, Australia - With the congratulations pouring in from around the world for Serena Williams after her historic win at the Australian Open, it's no surprise that one of the biggest legends in sports paid tribute as well.
Serena stopped by the ESPN set in Melbourne and was surprised by a gift from none other than Michael Jordan.
Inside the box was a pair of custom Nike Court Air Jordans - in Serena's favorite color pink and with the No.23 stitched on the side - along with a letter from the No.23 himself:
"Serena,
Winning is hard. It takes years of hard work, mental toughness and a willingness to accept the fact that you hate to lose.
It is even harder to be a champion. It takes the ability to learn from your wins and your losses. Ultimately, it means winning under the brightest light that the game has to offer.
You have not only become a champion, but also sustained a championship level with grace in the face of every obstacle.
