You cut grass somewhere whenever grass grows tall or needed.
You are not employed...you are casual labour (kibarua).
You are un-educated or lack knowledge between employee and casual labourer.
You have no employment contract.
One day a mowing machine is bought.
Your kibarua services are not needed anymore.
You strike and demand for you rights.
The opposition joins you!
And you keep hitting your head on the wall with hope the mowing machine will dumped and you will keep doing the job again...
The more opposition and more people join in...
Who knows where it will lead?
