I work for several years in the development and if there's one thing that always made me deeply disturbed, it is this term "underdeveloped country". We couldn't we just talk about "support for the development"?
Today, everyone wants to go to Africa to do business. At the same time, conferences, organize themselves in the world every day with the same slogans suggestive... But in reality nobody really takes into consideration the foundation of a sustainable development a win-win.
I think it is time that Africa to take fate into their own hands. Enough of diagnostics and beautiful lyrics!! It is now clear that the solution to the problems of Africa is in the hands of the Africans and not between those of the west. This is my belief and my vision of Africa: she must free itself of its old demons from colonization in order to be able to move forward and build its future.
I'd like to speak in addition of the difficulties that African states face when it comes to the creation of multinational corporations or large regional consortia. I don't understand why the southern can't create large oil groups, Agro-food, transport, financial and mining to cite only those.
Africa has great resources but she doesn't have a large companies to exploit them... Yet this will allow a development central-Southern!!!!
For as much as I don't say no to the investments of the west, it simply requires that they take place within a framework of development a win-win. This requires an accompaniment to the training and a sustainable development around the places under construction to enable people to indirectly benefit from investments, by means of structures such as schools, parks, and other infrastructure secondary.
It is not enough to say "I want to develop and invest in Africa" for Africa. Africa is like mother nature: we need to know the love, understanding and respect. The day where we're going to incorporate the fact that Africa is a diamond in the rough who only ask to be carved in the respect of its nature, the day we'll take the pain of the love at its fair value, this day only we Will be able to say "we have developed the central in the respect of his soul".
One of the ways to achieve this goal is to put in place a policy of mandatory training foreign investors and local. It will serve to give priority to the people until the citizens are integrated into the development projects and programmes of government.
Because in fact, the good economic performance of Africa, however, are related. The human development index remains very low in most African countries. On a continent where the unemployment rates remain high, it is a real paradox of see many posts open for technicians, engineers, executives, engineers or electricians... Because, of course, the number of qualified people in Africa is ridiculously low.
One of my questions is the following:
The So-called developed countries are helping so-called Africa with millions of euro. The Help-they really when analysing the results?
The African youth, it's not that Africa tomorrow, it's already the central today. The heads of state and government and foreign multinationals who don't realize have no other choice but to take it in.
The Youth is more than a component of the African society. She's already its main component. Which gave rise to high hopes but also many concerns, the challenge of the guidelines and the accompaniment of this youth will be the keystone of the development of Africa. The African youth must not despair: you should know that the western youth is also found in the disarray. Although having much more access to education, the studies don't protect more of unemployment or even a precarious situation.
Today, the young African has its destiny in hand, but this one will necessarily by an awakening of consciences!!!
