Aha kumbe!I think there is nothing wrong for two professors or lawyers to differ as that is what lawyering is all about. In my recollection, Prof. Kabudi is not an advocate so he does not have the advocacy skills and experience to fathom issues. I wholeheartedly agree with Prof. Mwaikusa submission. If we allow such clause to exist in our Constitution we are really digging a grave to our constitutional advancement and protection of human rights in Tanzania. we need to understand that there is what is called constitutionality of the constitution. putting in otherwords, not all document called a constitution qualify to be as such. there is basic attributes of a constitution of a country and those attributes are pre-conditional to the existence of a constitution in functioning democratic government. Lets c what the court will come up with.
