r. Abdallah is the Director of Technical Services at the Tropical Pesticides Research Institute (TPRI) in Arusha, Tanzania. With over 25 years of experience in plant sciences and food security, Roshan has a deep understanding of the role of science and technology in agriculture and enabling food security, as well as the research imperatives in this area. Prior to joining the TPRI, Roshan was both a Founder and Executive Director at the Agricultural Innovation Research Foundation (AIRF). Beyond her current role at the TPRI, Roshan also serves as a Board Director at the National Development Corporation (NDC), Vice-Chairperson of the Tanzania Official Seed Certification Agency (TOSCI) and Chair of the Tanzania Coffee Research Institute (TaCRI).
