so far kwetu sijasikia issues hizi meaning department ya contract ipo makini..
you're right.

my present call ni kuwa we need to be proactive when it comes to retention of our key stars ambao heads zao zinaweza kuwa easily turned na suitors wenye moolah kubwa zaidi. tusisubiri yatukute ya huko nyuma eti ndiyo tuanze kuhangaika kufanya what should already have been done.

am an employer myself and I know for certainty that salary stratification is inevitable kutokana na ukweli kuwa zinakuwa benchmarked vs productivity ya kila employee. there's a way you can manage wale wanao feel inappropriately remunerated. which is what ManCity & co have been doing of late.

tusisubiri yatukute ndipo tuanze kukimbiakimbia kama headless chickens!

Liverpool players gifted customised gold-plated iPhone X for UCL victory

Each player of the Reds’ first-team squad was gifted with 24-carat gold plated iPhone X worth £3,500 following their triumph in Madrid on June 1.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp was not left out as he together with 27 players received the glitzy gift created by iDesign Gold.

The customised phones have each player's squad number on the back along with the name and the gadgets are also complete with the Champions League and Madrid final logos.

According to the iDesignGold website, the products cost between £2,300 and £3,500.

The Reds fans can also purchase a customised gold phone of their own if they wish but it will cost them between £2,300 and £3,500 to acquire the flashy gadget from Harvey Nichols.

The British company had previously provided the luxurious gadgets for many current Liverpool players with legends Jamie Carragher and Steven Gerrard among the clients.

Liverpool edged Tottenham 2-0 in an all-English final at the Wanda Metropolitano stadium in the Spanish capital for a sixth Champions League title through Salah’s early penalty strike and Divock Origi who struck late in the match to crown the Reds European champions.
