Lets solve some physics facts here! Come we get to know :)

Why hot soup 🍲 taste good than cold soup?

Because the tongue tastes better the hot chemicals than the cold one, in other words hot foods in this case hot soup is a chemical possessing heat energy (thermal excited molecules in it) and the tongue is an organ specialised in tasting the function which is perfected by heat energy excitement.

Daktari the hot soup has low surface tention than cold one

Soda has sugar and soup has salt (sour taste).
Already a different drink, that's biology on the taste structure of the tongue

If I got you right, that means food tasting has nothig to do with surface tension ( a physics perspective ) rather it is a Biological perspective.

In physics, I recall, surface tensions of liquids changes inversely with temperature. How can a hot soup increase its surface tension, and the increase be the factor for good taste of the soup by the tongue ??!

I agree with physics facts but that maybe for a skin because itself can not distinguish a wood touch or iron until that information is explained by the brain. With tongue on taste the tongue itself have different sensing area to sense sweet, sour, bitter etc, the sweet taste is on the tip of the tongue. So the better taste might be because of the body temperature also surrounding temperature. The taste of a cold drink the refreshment is not the same in Dar es salaam and Njombe
