compare and contrast the legal language and other languages

1.Contrast- legal language ina maneno mengi sana ya kilatini(latin words) eg.words like nemo quod non habet, ubarimae fidei, queed pro quo,ubi jus ibi remedium, quantum mereuit, while other languages there is very few latin words 2.legal language has no punctuation marks so as to avoid ambiguity while other languages has punctuation marks

Hii ni topic ya A - Level mbona kwenye language...me ngoja nisaidie..nadhani legal language ina feature ya kutumia archaic words.....

Be serious, this is advanced secondary education examination question, what combination did you take for your advanced level studies?.those who studied english language in advanced level must have come across with such question, any way.
Legal language is complex, uses long sentenses,it uses long form of most of its words, and most of its terminologies are borrowed from latin language,it uses words like "or" to convey its own meaning (alternatively),it is hard to find things like "CO2" in legal writing something which common in scientific wrting.
There are alot about it,you read for yourself, topics on Business language, scientific language, medical language.etc
