Makes a lot of sense! But why were labour disputes excluded from normal civil litigation? I am asking so because in labour disputes also there are RIGHTS , legal rights for that matter being contested. (by the way Malice?????) left in total confusion!Let, me transfer your malice to put my gist here:-

GIST: This is because in CMA we have "Arbitration" as opposed to normal civil litigation (i.e plaint, petition, originating chamber summons, etc). And what is pronounced at the end of Arbitration is an "AWARD" and not a Judgment.
Therefore as the principle of "Arbitration" at global level is that an AWARD is not appeal. Now think in what condition does revision apply?? The answer is not far to seek, Revision even on our jurisdiction (see CPC, Cap 33 R.E 2002) lies where/in situation where there is no right of Appeal, e.g in objection proceedings etc.
In the final analysis since in CMA we pronounce "AWARD" and since an award is not appealable, Revision prevails/exists.
Now, let ask
What is the name of a "document" (i.e a pleading which initiate the cause of action/disputes in CMA? Is whether a plaint, petition, Application, etc or IS JUST A MERE FORM, which is F1? What is the name of that F1 in law suit?

Na kama yupo upande unaomdai mwajiri wake ambaye ni halmashauri yuko sasa?.
Mkuu, mwanasheria wa halmashauri atabaki kuwa wa halmmashauri tu hadi pale atakapokoma kuwa mwajiriwa. Kiuhalisia katika mgogoro wowote unaoihusisha halmashauri wanasheria wake ndio wanaotambulika kuwa wawakilishi rasmi.
Inapotokea mwanasheria wa halmashauri akatoa msimamo, utetezi au maoni katika mgogoro unaohusisha halmashauri, tena katika PROPER FORUM, hakika huo ni msimamo wa halmashauri.
Kwa mujibu wa taratibu zetu za kisheria, wakili (wa serikali au wa kujitegemea) haruhusiwi kutoa utetezi au usaidizi au huduma za kisheria kwa pande kinzani (upande wa pili wa mgogoro). Hii ni mahususi ili kuepuka conflict of interest.
Ok. Huyo mvamizi kamtafuta huyo wakili kwa shabaha ipi? Anaweza kumtumia wakili wa halmashauri katika shauri jingine/mgogoro mwingine tofauti na mgogoro baina yake na halmashauri. Wakili anaweza kutumika kama shahidi, inakubalika.
