Habari ni za kweli...kaula! Pongezi kwa mama Migiro! tumetoka tu katika baraza la Usalama, lakini jina letu bado lipo. Ni matumaini kuwa masuala ya Afrika na kina mama yataendelea kupewa uzito! Daymn... we came close with SAS kuwa Katibu Mkuu.. nao we are that close! Kudos to her!

Well, whatever the case, but the lady deserves the position, I think. She is very smart. I am particularly happy that she is going there, because she was quickly getting contaminated with sordid CCM!

I have decided to appoint Dr. Asha-Rose Migiro, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the United Republic of Tanzania, as Deputy Secretary-General. Minister Migiro served previously as Minister for Community Development, Gender and Children of the United Republic of Tanzania for five years. In her academic career, she rose to the rank of a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Dar-es-Salaam.

She is a highly respected leader who has championed the cause of developing countries over the years. Through her distinguished service in diverse areas, she has displayed outstanding management skills with wide experience and expertise in socio-economic affairs and development issues.

I have deep confidence in and respect for her, and intend to delegate much of the management and administrative work of the Secretariat, as well as socio-economic affairs and development issues, under a clear line of authority to ensure that the Secretariat will function in a more effective and efficient manner.

DrWho Shukrani kwa habari muhimu na ya kujivunia.Mimi binafsi napenda ufanyajikazi wa huyu Mama, ni mchapakazi muadilifu,lakini nilikuwa na hofu ya kuharibiwa sifa zake na watu wa Mtandao waliomzunguruka. Kuna habari zisizothibitishwa kwamba ilikuwa aende kuridhi nafasi ya Dr Mahiga ambaye karibu anarudi nyumbani. Tunaomba habari kamili mara itakapopatikana. Radio ya Ureno ndiyo imetangaza kwanza. Nasikia habari zilivuja baada ya Mhe. kupigiwa simu alipokuwa Namibia ndiyo ikabidi UN watangaze upesi upesi. Nimesikiliza Radio Tanzania saa mbili usiku hawakuwa na habari hii.
