Habari zenu wana jf,

mimi nina tatizo moja ambalo naona linataka kuwa addictive kwangu..

mimi kila inapofika mida fulani ya mchana hasa kuanzia saa 8 ama 10, lazima nishikwe na usingizi na macho kuwa mazito sana hivyo kunilazimu kulala angalau masaa mawili mpaka matatu.

si kwamba nafanya kazi nzito sana mchana ama nina shifti za usiku, hapana, kuanzia asubuhi mpaka saa nane hivi huwa nina route za kuingia na kutoka madarasani tu na usiku nalala saa nne ama saa tano.

je, kuna madhara yoyote kutokana na katatizo haka ka kulala mida ya mchana ama jioni?
