I have always said these people rely on Kenya. They lack a competent workforce to undertake these duties. Up until recently their airspace relied on Kenyan Communication Radars ie. We knew who went in and out of Tanzania by air, other airlines going to Tanzania still trust Kenyan communication systems than Tanzanian.
