Kongole AirTanzania, mnaimarika katika kuitekeleza ndoto ya Rais Magufuli

Mkuu, Fast Jet walikuwa ni low cost carrier, kwa mfano Air Tanzania, ukingia ndani huduma zote ni bure, vinjwaji, chakula nk, lakini ilikuwa kwa Fast Jet ilikuwa kila kitu uingiapo ndani ulikuwa unauziwa, na mara nyingi low cost carrier hakuna starehe ndani, kuna kipindi Ryanair walikuwa wanataka anzisha huduma kila ukingia chooni ulipie. Ndege zao mara nyingi sio mpya,,,so mfumo wanaotumia ATC ni hizi low cost carrier ni mifumo miwili tofauti

Hivi fastjet alikuwepo hapa Tanzania kwa miaka mingapi huku ATC akiwa hoi na hakuweza kutupa huduma zaidi ya kuchangua njia zenye abiria wengi tu Mwanza, Mbeya, Kilimanjaro? Wajinga ndio waliwao.
Siku moja nilikuwa nimepanga safari ya kutoka Mwanza na Fastjet. Halafu siku hiyo ndege ile haikufika Mwanza kutokea Dar, kwa hiyo abiria wa kutoka Mwanza tukakosa usafiri. Kwa vile nilikuwa na safari ya kuunganisha KLM kwenda nje ya nchi, ikabidi niingine gharama za ziada kukata ticket nyingine Precisionair kwani singeweza kumudu kutokufika Dar siku hiyo kwa ajili ya connection flight yangu. Baada ya kufika Dar nilikwenda ofisini kwao kudai wanirudishia nauli yangu, wakagoma, ikabidi niondoke na ticket ile ambayo sikuwahi kuitumia tena, pesa yangu ikawa imepotea bure.
 
Mbona linapiga loss za 100b+ kila maaka tangu kufufuliwa....

Maskini wanali subsidize shirika ili middle na upper class wapande ndege kwenye routes zisizo na demand.
Wala sitoshangaa shirika lenye asset za ndege zenye thamani ya Tsh 1 trillion plus; ambazo lifetime ya ndege zenyewe ni miaka 20 ina maana kila mwaka kwa ndege tu wanatakiwa kutengeneza si chini ya Tsh 60 billion.

Ukiweka na operation costs + interests paid za madeni hilo shirika bila ya turnover of over Tsh 100 billion plus chances are that they don’t even break even annually.

Na uoni hilo kubadilika kutokana business approach, huyo mtu anaekazana kununua madege maswala ya biashara yamempitia kushoto.

Air Tanzania wanatakiwa kubadilika kwa kuonyesha at least wapo serious na biashara kwa sasa it must be said their efforts are not convincing in terms of running a profitable business itakayowawezesha kununua ndege zao mbeleni.

Kweli tatizo nauli zao si rafiki wajaribu ku adjust kidogo mbona wenzao fast jet walimudu kwa nauli rafiki ambapo wengi tulifaidika? Sasa ATCL mpaka mtu wa kawaida mnyonge na masikini wa Magufuli ukune kichwa sana kumudu nauli zao

Ili tupate nauli rafiki ni mpaka hapo apatikane mshindani mwenye nguvu. Monopory inaumiza mnoooo.
Precision air ni kama alishajifia kabaki sana sana KIA/MZA anatwanga kweli kweli return unakuta 600,000 utafikiri unaenda nchi za nje!
ATC nae apate mshindani kama Fast jet ili atie adabu upande wa fare.

This scenery reminds me of one of my KLM flights from AMS to DAR via JRO in March. The economy class had only a handful of passengers, and the crew treated us very well to the extent the captain opened first class cabin to whoever wanted to upgrade up to JRO. As we landed JRO, the airplane became full, the real meaning of full, i.e. no empty seat.

So do not judge Rwandair until you see the return flight. So far, it seems ATCL has avoided this menace at least for now.i
 
Tatizo ni kuua washindani wake, katika Biashara huwezi kujipima kama huduma ni zuri au la bila kua na mpizani wa dhati katika hiyo biashara, hiyo nikama propaganda tu. Mkubalie fast jet umpe na hizo route zote ndani ya mwezi moja utaona Atcl niwababaishaji I swear...
Shida ya watanzania ni hiyo hata usome vipi sijui kwa faida gani,mpishi ulienae ndie huyo endelea kumsifia maana aliposimama na wapishi wengine wala hakufua dafu akawafitinisha akawafukuza only in tz.
