When this Mama blasted i told you that he is doing what Kimaro did with nyumba za serikali, pre emptying the so called wapinzani before they come with facts and figures. Similar to what Chegeni did with EPA. When Dr Slaa, contributing to budget debate last year raised the EPA issues no one cared. But after he said he will bring the private motion, then it raised their eye brows!. Then before he submitted his motion, Mr. Speaker asked for all the evidences. When he submitted to him the draft motion and some evidences, Mr Spika when to his party kamati ya uongozi. It is there they opted to block the hoja binafsi, then they asked the likes of Chegeni to make a lot of noises and the government to pledge that it working on the matter. Zakhia Meghji by then played the show better! Then Dr Slaa was smartest of them all, he withdrew his hoja binafsi, added some more wine and sent to wananchi as a list of shame. The government was then left naked. Now with this commodity support thing, just go back to bunge hansard, the wapinzani have been raising this issue since the debates in past budget year. Mama Kilango was told that the wapinzani will raise this issue in this session, this time with more loud voice. Then she went into bandwagon ya kusaka umaarufu na kuwawahi wapinzani just as she had promised last year in her speech. But she merely gave a vague allegation of total figure and year. That as during Mkullo budget debate, and Mkullo did not respond to what she raised, he focused on EPA not CIS. But Mama Kilango fear of his part CCM never hold shilingi. But Dr Slaa has come at the right time, ofisi ya waziri mkuu. With facts and figures, now the government is forced to respond. Now Mama Kilango is seeing the stragegy is failed. Aachane na ukada, she should focus on utaifa, it doesnt matter who raised what, but how and what is the impact to the wananchi

For the past two years, I have been following very closely what is taking place in this blog, Jamii Forum, as a guest. On May 31st this year, I decided to register as a member and I am glad I did.

It goes without saying that I have been very impressed with many member's contributions on various topics. But I must admit that at times I have been left wondering and disappointed with those that tend to go off-topic. This is one reason why it took me so long to register. I promise, with this being my first ever, to stick to the point and hope that most of us in here who really have love for our country Tanzania, will continue to contribute mature and constructive ideas on how we can salvage a country that is surely headed for the rocks.

I will try not to offend anyone but will come down hard like a ton of bricks on anybody - and I mean anybody - who will try to derail this noble cause. The country is going to the dogs and nobody but its true and humble citizens like us can save it. I am proud of two things i.e. one, at over 50 I have never voted in any general election and two, I have never been a member of any political party.

And now to the subject. Anybody who at this point in time is still a member of CCM by deed and creed can not be expected to help bring change without moving out. Anybody who up to now still believes that the leadership we now have in Tanzania can take us out this murk is in a dream and needs to wake up fast. Ana Kilango is such person and how I pity her and those that believe in her tantrums.

Finally this being my first contribution, may I apologize to all those I may have offended in my anger in relation to what I call cancerous proliferation of my beloved country, Tanzania.

For a starter, yourself you are totally off topic. You could have discussed your thoughts about how not to be off topic elsewhere.

I am in disbelief that you FAIL to understand how POWERFUL your Vote is. People all over world fought and some lost their lives to have this RIGHT and you do not bother to exercise it. Then I dont think you can comment anything about who is elected to run your country.

Niko tayari kuelimishwa. Natambua kuwa this is not a thread for that but unaweza kuniambia Uzalendo ni nini basi? You lack context in your post. I tried to point out that LIVES were LOST trying to acquire voting right. What is more important than LIFE?

Unajua ni watu wangapi ambao hawapigi kura kila wakati, kwa kutothamini kura zao? Halafu wanakuja kusema ohh, kiongozi huyu hafai...Now imagine that they are knowledgable and votes for whoever they like....As you should know democracy does not guarantee the outcome but the legitimacy.
