Recently,Tanzanian singer Ali Kiba was stuck at an airport in Cotonou, Benin after the plane he was flying in dumped him together with other passengers.
Ali Kiba was travelling from Nigeria after performing at the Africa Magic Video Choice Awards (AMVCA) when the airline decided to make a stop-over in Benin.
The musician assumed they were probably re-fuelling before proceeding with the journey.
After being held in the plane for 20 minutes, they were taken to the airport lounge where they waited for two hours.
One of the cabin crews whispered to our source that the old plane had faulty air conditioners.
Other celebs in the plane included Ugandan comedian Salvador, Kenyan fashion blogger Sharon Mundia and Fashion Watch commentator Robert Burale.
