Makamu wa Rais Chama cha Walimu Tanzania CWT aondoa kesi yake ya Kupinga kungolewa

Mbele ya jaji wa Mahakama Kuu mheshimiwa jaji Mdemu, pingamiza aliloweka makamu wa rais CWT bi . Dinah Mathamani kupinga kuvuliwa cheo na mkutano mkuu wa CWT kesi imeondolewa baada ya mlalamikaji kuteuliwa kuwa mkuu wa wilaya.

Hivyo mlalamikaji kuondoa kesi baada ya kuona imepitwa na wakati baada ya kuteuliwa na Mh. Rais wa Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania Mh . Samia Hassan kuwa mkuu wa wilaya.

Awali mwezi December 2022 Dinah Mathamani kupitia wakili msomi Malimi Juma alifungua kesi ya dharura isikilizwe ktk mahakama kuu division ya Labour ili kuzuia kutimuliwa kwake toka uongozi wa Chama cha walimu CWT.

This labour application preferred under certificate of urgency,is by way of notice of application and chamber summons in terms of the provisions of sections 53 and 94 of the Employment and Labour Relations Act, Cap. 366 and Rules 24, 25 and 28 of the Labour Court Rules, GN. No. 106 of 2007. The said application which is supported by the affidavit of the Applicant is on the following prayers: That, this honorable court be pleased to grant an injunction restraining any person from conducting election of the Respondent's vice president pending the determination of an application to set aside the


decision made by the general meeting of the Tanzania Teachers Union issued on l&h December, 2022 lodged in this court on the 4th of January, 2023. Briefly, according to the affidavit, the Respondent organized a General Meeting of the union on 16th of December, 2022. In that meeting, a misunderstanding occurred following re-arrangement of the agenda by commencing with agenda No. 3 regarding leadership of the Tanzania Teachers Union (TTU). The Applicant wasn't happy with the arrangement which do not accord to the business of the meeting. In the course , the General Meeting of TTU removed the Applicant from the post of Vice President of the Union, hence this application as alluded before. The Applicant, in addition to the main application, sought injunctive orders from there run of election of another Vice President of the Union pending determination of the application to set aside the decision of the Union removing her from the vice presidency post. On 13th of February, 2023the Applicant's counsel one Malimi Juma, in terms of Rule 34(1) of the Labour Court Rules, 2007, GN. No.106 / 2007, filed a notice of withdrawal of the said application. In addressing the Court pursuant to the notices filed, Mr. Malimi informed the Court that, his client, 2


the Applicant has been appointed by Her Excellency the President of United Republic of Tanzania to the office of District Commissioner. In his view therefore, the application has been overtaken by events. Under the circumstances, and following also withdrawal of the main application intending to set aside decisions of the General Meeting removing the Applicant from the post of Vice President of Tanzania Teachers Union, I am inclined to the views of the learned counsel that this application has been overtaken by event and consequently is hereby marked withdrawn as prayed for.

I do not make an order as to costs. It is so ordered by JUDGE

Kama umekuwa mfuatiliaji mzuri wa mitandao ya kijamii huenda umekutana na taarifa za uteuzi wa baadhi ya viongozi waandamizi wa chama cha walimu Tanzania (CWT) kuwa wakuu wa wilaya mnamo tarehe 25 Januari 2023; mwalimu Leah Ulaya rais wa CWT kuwa mkuu wa Wilaya ya Mbogwe, mwalimu Japhet Maganga Katibu Mkuu wa CWT kuwa mkuu wa Wilaya ya Kyerwa mwingine ni Mwalimu Dina Mathamani aliyekuwa makamu wa rais wa CWT hadi disemba 2022 aliyeteuliwa kuwa mkuu wa wilaya ya Uvinza.

Baada ya Uteuzi huo mengi yamezungumzwa na kuandikwa na wadau mbalimbali na kama ilivyo kawaida yetu walimwengu kumekua na taarifa nyingi zilizoibua hisia mchanganyiko hasa ukizingatia kuwa hivi karibuni kumekua na sintofahamu nyingi ndani ya chama cha walimu Tanzania ambazo zilimalizwa kwenye mkutano mkuu wa CWT uliofanyika Disemba 2022 mjini Dodoma ukumbi wa Venance Mabeyo ambapo kwa mujibu wa katiba ya CWT rais wa Chama ambaye alisimamishwa kimizengwe mwaka mmoja na nusu uliopita na baraza la taifa

Naibu Katibu Mkuu wa Chama cha CCM Bara, Christina Mdeme amewataka walimu kutokubali mtu kuwaingilia na kuwavunjia umoja walionao.

Mdeme ameyasema hayo leo Desemba 14,2022 wakati akizungumza katika mkutano mkuu wa Chama cha Walimu (CWT) unaoendelea jijini Dodoma katika Ukumbi wa Jakaya Kikwete .

Dina Mathamani aliyeteuliwa kwenda Wilaya ya Uvinza Mkoani Kigoma, karipoti kwenye kituo cha kazi na kaapa kuwa Mkuu wa Wilaya.

Habari kwa Urefu..

Katibu Mkuu wa Chama cha Walimu Tanzania (CWT), Japheth Maganga ambaye ameteuliwa kuwa mkuu wa wilaya ameshiriki kuongoza mkutano wa viongozi wa chama hicho jijini Tanga huku akisema kwa sasa hawezi kueleza kwanini hajaripoti katika wilaya aliyopangiwa ya Kyerwa, mkoani Kagera.

Vilevile, Maganga alihojiwa na Mkuu wa Upelelezi wa Polisi Mkoa wa Tanga na Mkuu wa Jeshi la Polisi Wilaya ya Tanga zaidi ya dakika 50 lakini si yeye wala wanausalama hao walioweka wazi sababu za mahojiano hayo.

Maganga na Rais wa CWT, Leah Ulaya waliteuliwa wiki iliyopita na Rais Samia Suluhu Hassan kuwa wakuu wa wilaya lakini wakati wenzao wakiapishwa kwenye maeneo yao leo Jumatatu, Januari 30, 2023 wao wapo Tanga wakiongoza mkutano wa viongozi wakuu wa CWT.

Ulaya aliteuliwa kuwa DC wa Mbogwe, Mkoa wa Geita ambapo wenzake wanaapishwa leo Jumatatu na Mkuu wa Mkoa huo, Martin Shigela.

Mara baada ya kumaliza kuhojiwa na polisi kuanzia saa 4:36 hadi saa 5:24 asubuhi nje ya ukumbi wa mkutano huo unaofanyikia katika Hoteli ya Regal Naivera, Mtaa wa Bombo jijini Tanga Maganga alirejea ukumbini na baadaye kidogo alitoka nje.

Nje ya ukumbi ambapo Mwananchi Digital limeweka kambi, Magamba amesema, “kwa sasa nimeziba mdomo labda usubiri tutakapomaliza kikao ndipo nitazungumza kuhusu nafasi ya U-DC na CWT."

Wakati Maganga akisema hayo, Rais wa CWT hakutoka ndani ya ukumbi wa mkutano huo huku maofisa wa CWT wakisema hajaruhusiwa kuzungumza na vyombo vya habari.

Kitendo cha viongozi wakuu hao wa CWT kuonekana Tanga wakati wenzao wakiapishwa kimezua mjadala mitandaoni na kuna taarifa ambazo hazijathibitishwa kwamba wameomba wateuliwe wengine kwenye nafasi hizo za U-DC ili kuwawezesha kuendelea na majukumu yao katika chama cha

MKUU WA MKOA RC MGUMBA AZUNGUMZA NA VIONGOZI WA CWT / RAIS WA CWT MBELE YA WANAHABARI AJITOKEZA HADHARANI, AKANUSHA UVUMI "SIJAKAMATWA"



Mkuu wa mkoa afika ujumbini mjini Tanga kuthibitisha kuwa viongozi wa CWT wapo huru uendelea na mikutano ya kikazi ya chama chao cha walimu chini ya uongozi uliopo.

Awali RAIS wa Chama Cha Walimu Tanzania CWT Bi. Leah Ulaya amekanusha taarifa zilizotolewa na vyombo vya habari kuwa kakamatwa kwa ajili ya kuhojiwa na vyombo vya usalama baada ya kutokubali uteuzi wa kuwa mkuu wa wilaya na mheshimiwa rais wa Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania.
 
Tanzania tuna jumuiya za ajabu sana hatuna seriousness kama vyama vya madaktari, walimu, wanasheria huko Kenya. Kwa staili hii ni ngumu sana kwa kada ya ualimu kunufaika na chochote

Vyama hivyo vimetekwa nyara na viongozi mamluki kupachika hivyo vimekuwa moja ya jumuiya za chama kongwe dola CCM.

Viongozi wa juu Mwenyekiti taifa CWT na katibu mkuu CWT wamejaribu kujitutumua kukataa u-DC , inaweza kuwa ni kiini macho kuonesha kujitutumua kukataa vyeo vya serikali ya CCM au inaweza kuwa kweli wanatafuta uhuru toka makucha ya CCM.

ILa muda utatuambia ukweli kuhusu harakati za viongozi wa juu wa CWT kama waalimu wataachana na CCM au wanacheza propaganda za hali ya juu .
