Brother be sincere and bring us the findings showing that the cost of maize flour is 2,400Tsh, otherwise this is based on your personal intuition!
More over, i would like you to bring the current reports form WFP and FAO showing that tz is facing hunger, just as i did, remember the report i shared here about food shortage in Kenya was published a few weeks ago,
About the TWAWEZA REPORT, Yes there were times where tz had food shortage, especially in December 2016, January, February, march and in some area in early April! If u went thoroughly the report, you will find it speculates that period! Therefore, I'm sorry but that report is outdated, it will just remain in records!
I dont see the need to show the latest reports. They wont be different from the data that have been posting since 2010.
I am glad that u have acknowledged that Tanzania has indeed been grappling with food shortages, it is not a a paradise where food is plenty and everybody well nourished, while Kenya a starving nation desperately looking up at Tanzania for assitance.
Now, regarding the Twaweza report, u say that the hunger ended abruptly
after April, really? Where is the evidence of that.
If Tanzania has recovered from the drought, so is Kenya. But u are conviniently mistaking the current maize shortage in Kenya for lack of food.
But I can very confidently tell u that Kenya currently does not experience food shortages, except for the staple dish, and that more Tanzanians than Kenyans were affected by the hunger.
When the Wfp release that terrible global map of theirs again later this year, u will see.
Hint: 78% of 54million vs 3million of 47million.
