Subject to your perfomance (assuming you are graduate) look for tutorial assistant or technichian in the Colleges and Universities (open university, Bwagamoyo, SUA, Mweka, all St etc). You can try to teach wildlife subjects in the existing Tourism and Business college in Arusha, Dar, Mwanza etc.
Research institution and hunting coy, look for research/hunting assistant- so many researches are ongoing and people of your type are needed as assistant, you can try hunting company as well.
Go global, upload your CV in rucruitment portals, create linked in id and do not limit yourself to wildlife you can easily make a good banker, environmental expert, hotel manager, salesman etc.....life is all about choices.....
