1. Wanachukuwa watoto waliofaulu azidi

2. Miundo mbinu na walimu wakutosha

Hakuna hoja ya kuchuja watahiniwa azide kwa ufaulu wao. Mitihani wa K.2 ukishapima wanaofaulu wanapaswa kuendelea kuelimishwe hadi mitihani wa K4, na ndio sera yetu ya elimu ilivyoelekeza.

Hivyo, wanaotakiwa kuhakikisha kuwa wanafunzi wanasomeshwa vema na kumaliza. Mzazi akichagua kusomesha private hukubali kulipia mamilioni ya fedha Ikiwa ni Ada na mengineyo. Tania ya wamiliki kuweka viwango vya juu kimkakati shuleni ili wanafunzi wasome azide siyo Mbaya. Ubaya viwango hivyo visitumiwe kuwa kigezo cha kufukuza wanafunzi shuleni. Kwa hiyo wewe unaona kuchukua wanafunzi wanaoelewa haraka halafu kuendelea kuwachuja ndio njia ya kuongeza viwango vya Elimu Tanzania?

kingine ni kwamba hata kawambwa aseme nini hili tammo lake kwa shule za seminari za kikatoriki amechemka wale watasimamia msimao wao labda hizi private zingine hizi....

Kawambwa akiwajibu hakuna shule inayolazimishwa ku-operate Tanzania hao wamiliki wa shule watajisikia vipi? kwenye biashara kuna kitu kinaitw aku-abuse monopoly. Ndio maana Ulaya kuna anti-trust, ndio maana AT&T marekani ilivunjwa vipande.

Kianchotokea sasa ni Private schools kuwa na monopoly ya Elimu. wameshaua shule za serikali, hivyo wanajua wazazi hawana choice.

You must have very short memory, kwani hapo juu umeandika shule za kata hazifanyi vizuri, kwahiyo hao wanaofanya vizuri shule za private ndio wanaokwenda form 6, right?then wanaokwenda chuo ni wengi zaidi kutoka hizo shule za private.Kwa sababu umeandika affirmative kuwa shule za kata hazifanyi vizuri. Here is where Kimweri comes in, if these private school students were so much better, and were taught very well, why the hell are they perceived as inadequate?why are older students from the said government schools perceived to have had better quality?

And what better way to spend little than making sure the students you have are already smart enough?and those that you are unsure of, you just threaten them with exams, and if they fail you kick them out?

Hakuna shule Tanzania yenye ubora wa hali ya juu kulinganisha na government schools tulizosoma kina kimweri enzi hizo. Labda kama unamaanisha soseji na chipsi kwenye lunch, na study tours zisizokwisha.
Nimeshaeleza kwa nini wazazi wanalazimika kufanya hivyo, THEY HAVE BEEN GAMED into submission. Mzazi hana choice, na hiyo ndio cost ya monopoly.

Utajisikiaje siku ukienda Tumaini ukaambiwa bima yako ya afya haifanyi kazi kwa kuwa huna pesa?na ili utibiwe hapo lazima uwe na Allianz insurance card or IMG card?

Kama shule za private zinajiona ziko exclusive na hazina haja ya kufuata taratibu za wizara ya elimu si vibaya wakajitoa Necta wakaanzisha accreditation body yao, na wakajitungia mitihani yao, then they will see how that will fly. Heck they can even adopt IB.
 
Viwango vya ufaulu shule zote n vimoja tu sasa iweje wao wapandishe Mara 50,70,80 .Ina maana awataki kuwap heshima watu wanao watawala mpaka wakiuke sheria? Futa leseni zao Mr Kawambwa

kwani lengo hasa la wewe na kawambwa ni nini? Maana sioni logic ktk hoja zenu?
 
Kwa hiyo wewe unaona kuchukua wanafunzi wanaoelewa haraka halafu kuendelea kuwachuja ndio njia ya kuongeza viwango vya Elimu Tanzania?

Ukipenda boga penda na ua lake ndichokinachofanyika ps, wewe ukiamua kumpeleka mwanao ps kubali na taratibu zao na kama huwezi basi nenda shule za kawambwa!

Ni aibu kwa taifa lenye mpango wa kuinua elimu halafu inataka alama za ufaulu zishushwe hili halikubaliki kabisa. Serikali inapaswa kujiuliza kwnn ps zinafanya vizuri ktk mitihani ya taifa ukilinganisha na gs na sio kuja na hoja mufilisi eti gs zishushe wastani wa alama zao.

Labda km tu unataka kujipima uwezo wako wa kubishana kwa hoja lakn ukweli unaujua kuwa hii hoja ya kawambwa haina tija kabisa kwa elimu yetu ya tz.

You are not getting the big picture. Private schools are systematically destroying government schools by artificially gaming with results because they can. When they can't do this anymore and they are forced to work with students they have within the boundaries that are similar to government schools, the bubble will burst. The distribution of students will go back to normal, where you have best performing students,average performing and ones that will perform poorly. Key to these schools is to make sure this number gets smaller by innovating in teaching, not discarding students they can't teach to be best performers.

Pokea pongezi kubwa kutoka kwa wadau wa Elimu Tanzania, hapo nyuma wenye shule binafsi walikuwa wanaiba sana mitihani , wengi walifungiwa na wengine fufelishwa vibaya sana, kama mnakumbuka mwaka juzi watu walifeli sana hivyo serikali kupitia mawazo ya Mbunge wa kuteuliwa Mh. Mbatia iliyafanyia kazi na kurekebisha sehemu mbalimbali.

Shule hizi za binafsi nyingi zinakuwa zinafundisha mitiani ambayo wanaipata mapema kwa watu wasiokuwa waaminifu, na pia kujua walimu mhimu ambao huwa wanawapendekeza kwenda kutunga mitiani.

Mbinu nyingine ni kuwakaririsha madara, au kuwafukuza ambao hawafikia viwango, njia hii ilikuwa ya kibiashara zaidi kwa kuwa walengwa ni matajiri tu, ambao kila mwaka wanapandishiwa ada lakini hulipa tu bila kufuatilia kama ni kweli mtoto ana uwezo au anakalili tu.

Kama shule hizi zinafundisha kwa usahihi zaidi mbona wakijiunga na chuo kikuu wakakutana na waliomaliza na kupata Div. II au ambao wana Div. III lakini wanalipiwa na wazazi , mbona huwa wanaishia kuwa wakawaida sana au wengine wanafeli kabisa. Dr. Kawambwa kaza uzi kama hawafuati masharti maanzishe Idara zao wakimaliza wakasomee nje , wakirudi Tanzania tutawapokea tu, ilimradi tuwapime kwanza kama wana uwezo.

Ukweli ni fedheha kuambiwa mwanao hawezi kufaulu kwa kuwa ni mjinga na hafundishiki, ni fedheha kutumia fedha nyingi kumsomesha mtoto na mwisho wake anafeli, lakini ni fedheha zaidi mtoto kufeli darasani peke yake, tatizo hapa sio kawambwa tatizo ni muuliza swali, tuambieni kwanza huyo mbunge aliyeleta hiyo hoja anaelimu gani ndio tuendelee kujadili, zipo shule ada yake hadi milioni 15 kwa mwaka, sasa kama toto pumbafu si ni bora nilipeleke kinondoni muslim ada laki mbili.

kumbuka shule hizi huchukua watoto kutoka familia zenye uwezo, ukae na litoto lipumbavu hakianani litawatia mimba hadi walimu na shule nidhamu itavurugika na shule itakufa. hebu fikiria unaletewa litoto kama Le Mutuz shule itakuwepo kweli?

Mimi najua tatizo la elimu ya tanzania sio wala sio alama za ufaulu, yaani hata km watasema alama ziwe asilimia 100 mimi sioni tatizo kwani kupanda na kushuka kwa elimu ya tz tatizo sio alama yaani elimu yetu inamatatizo makubwa sn.

Hoja ya kawambwa ni dhaifu wala hupaswi kuishupalia hadi misuli ikusimame suala la kufeli chuo kikuu hata wa gvnt school wanafeli tena sn tu!

Siioni hoja yako ilipo maana naona unazunguka palepale, hebu nambie kivipi hoja ya kawambwa itaboresha elimu?
