Japo Total wamesema hili mara nyingi wapo radhi kuingia gharama ya kujenga hilo bomba huko Tanzania halafu baadaye wapige mahesabu na Uganda, wamebembeleza Mganda sana, sio mara yao kwanza. Tatizo ni pale Mganda naye anapiga hesabu zake kuhakikisha anapata picha kamili ya kulikoni, yaani mtu katokea huko na kuwa tayari kuingia gharama yote hiyo.
Mganda amekua akisuasua hadi kieleweke, yaani tangu mwaka jana Total wamekua wakiomba wapewe tu "go ahead" na watachimba na kufukia bomba mwisho hadi mwisho. Anyway kwaheri maana hapa sio pake, nikiwachafulia mtatokwa na povu hadi kuzimu na sitakua na muda wa kumjibu kila mmoja wenu, kwaheri.
