Ryan Giggs's brother Rhodri has reportedly considered trying to save his marriage to wife Natasha, following revelations about her affair with the Manchester United star.
It has been claimed that Natasha had been involved in a relationship with Ryan over eight years, before and during his marriage to wife of four years Stacey.
Rhodri is now prepared to give Natasha a second chance in order to keep their family together, according to The Mirror. The couple have a 4-year old son, while Rhodri is step-father to Natasha's 10-year-old son.
"Rhodri shouldn't put himself through this, but he's a great dad and loves the boys so he's prepared to listen to what Natasha has to say for herself," a family friend told the paper. "She has caused him nothing but heartbreak, but it's a sign of how much Rhodri loves the kids that he is prepared to give their marriage another shot."
"The boys adore Rhodri and he loves them both equally," a second source continued. "It was doing his head in when Tash fled the country and he couldn't see them, but now that she's back he's ready to forget all the mither and give it another go, for the sake of the boys.
"Whether it works out is another question, but they have been talking to one another and there is some hope of a reconciliation."
Natasha claimed over the weekend that she had become pregnant with Ryan's baby weeks before her Las Vegas wedding to Rhodri. She alleges that the footballer gave her £500 to have an abortion, telling her that they "can't ruin everybody's life".
