JOB REQUIREMENT
Minimum level of education: Holder of a’ first Degree in Civil Engineering or QS from a higher learning institution or its equivalent.
Years of experience: 1 Year or More
Language(s): Frequent speaking and writing English and Swahili
Driver's license: Yes (Optional will be added advantage)
Availability for travel: Yes
Availability for change of residence: Yes
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
As per position agreement to-be given by his/her superiors the candidate must:
Demonstrate strong abilities in costs planning and costs estimating
He/she must demonstrate strong abilities to participate in contract negotiation.
He/she should act as procurement advisor to the company.
He/she must have strong abilities in the preparation of accurate bills of quantities (BOQ).
He/she must have skills in monitoring and controlling budget of the company.
He/she must demonstrate skills in assessing project variations and conducting feasibility study for new projects.

Years of experience: 1 Year or More

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1. PLANNING
-Panning of all activities of the projects
-Determine architectural features of conduct site reviews activities projects
2. COORDINATION
-Coordinate structural details and design feature within the project
-Work closely with client in order to accomplish project activities in time
3. PROJECT CONTROL
-Reviews general plan estimates
-Reviews entire project for continuity and completeness
-Determine project staffing needs
-Supervise project staff
