Guys Iwas just reading te reported speech by JK on the Engineers day. Basically, I'm happy that he has recognised that the country cant be ruled politically but rather scientifically. However, I think that statement should be translated into operational Plan otherwise it will again be a political statement.

On the otherhand I'm supprised that, when he was giving statistics of engineers he only mentioned engineers from university of Dar es Salaam 'UDSM', that 500 graduates from UDSM are not enough 'does it mean that JK knows only UDSM producing Engineers? how about Tumain University?, St. Joseph University?, Dar es Salaam Institute of Technology?, SUA? etc. Basically it disappointed me much. How do you find it guys!
