Gharama za siasa ni mbaya sana. For what I know, any person can be awarded a honorary degree provided you have attained any achievement (public interest). It has to be announced to the public. The occasion has to be formal and exclusive and not just to wait for the so called 'graduation' of UDOM, Kenyatta Univ etc.

What I dont understand is why JK? Why not Mkapa, Nyerere, Mwinyi? (I mean the rate of giving these honorary degrees).

Is there any thought of personal interest? Are they paying back?

Where are we heading to? What do we expect? Do we have to follow the same line of politics? Are we really looking forward for a better future? All these questions are not answered!
