What the president has initiated is not much of use to us. As you have stated in your first post of this thread, that there were other previous recomendation from earlier presidential formed committees that were not put into consideration such as this one according to you.

Hii ndio maana nakwambia haya maneno ya raisi ya jana sio mchakato halisi. Hii ni tume tu ambayo itakacho amua kitaenda at the branch of the executive responsible of weighing the recomendations.

By commonsense lazima waelewe hili tena si pendekezo lao wananchi wameamua katiba ibadilishwe na kama ni wanasiasa makini bunge linaweza anzisha mjadala kupitia 'gov motion' au kupitia 'private motion', mmbunge anaweza anzisha hoja ya katiba mpya na taratibu za bunge kufuatwa mpaka kuafiki hiyo hoja kama itakubalika (kama Mnyika alivyotaka fanya).

Dr Bana badala ya kumelimisha Mhe Kikwete maana halisi katiba, wadau wa katiba na ushiriki wao bada la kumpata CHEAP POLITICAL SURVIVAL TACTICS ambazo huendanzikalipuka kwa namna itakavyoshindikana kuzuilika hata tukitamani iwe hivyo kwa wakati huo.

Michezo ya kaata tatu za kisiasa zisiingizwe hata kidogo kwenye swala la madai ya wananchi juu katiba yetu. Inashangaza kwa nini Tanzania hatutakiwi kabisa wananchi tukajitungie katiba yetu wenyewe bi la ya wajanja KUPENDA KUHODHI MAMLAKA JUU YA MCHAKATO.

VIJANA wote tuamke, bado mapambano kupatikana katiba kwa namna tuipendavyo. Kamwe hatudanganyiki wala kurudi nyuma hata hatua moja katika hili. CHADEMA, CUF, TLP, NCCR-Mageuzi, Wanahakati, Asasi za kiraia , vyama vya wafanyakazi na Wanafunzi Wapenda Mageuzi tushikamane zaidi kupitisha hoja ya katiba Dodoma na wala si Ikulu Magogoni.

Mhe Kikwete anawakimbia WABUNGE WOTE KWA ujumla wao kule bungeni kwa sababu kila mmbunge kapewa maelekezo maalum namna ya kupiga kura juu ya hoja hii bila kuingiza itikadi za kichama ili kupata uhakika wa kurudi bungeni 2015.

JK yenye anataka kucheza 'THE BAD MAN' positon katika hoja ya katiba mpya kwa sababu yeye hatutegemei tena kama wapiga kura maisha yake yote. Tuangalie hilo na tukalikatae kwa nguvu yote.
