Jamani habari zenu wakuu...
Ni muda mrefu nimekuwa nikiwaza biashara ambayo inaweza ku dominate soko la dunia na kuwa na kampuni kubwa ambayo inaweza kudominate dunia na kushindanana brands za dunia sasa maswali yangu ni haya...

1) ni biashara ipi yaweza kusambaa ku dominate kirahisi??

2) ni sekta gani hapa inalipa kilimo, teknolojia, banking, au professional firm?

3) process gani nashauriwa nifuata ili after ten years uwe na kampuni ambayo ni multinational

maoni yenu,plans na ushauri wenu unahitajika wakuu katika hili.........
 
biashara rahisi dunia hii hakuna zaidi ya kuchimba mafuta kama unayo...
ukiweza hiyo haya...

Huwezi ku-compete na Big Guns kwenye saturated business, unless ugundue USP yako (Unique Selling Proposition) ambayo itakuset aside na wengine.

Kama kitu ni profitable na ni rahisi kukifanya kumbuka kila mtu atakifanya.., Hili kuwe na demand kubwa basi inabidi supply iwe ndogo, hivyo basi cha kufanya ni kama unaweza ukaja na product yako yoyote ambayo itakidhi haja za watu haijalishi ni product gani (basi your on to a winner)

Kwahiyo cha kufanya ni bora angalia niche products.. (badala ya kuuza kidogo kwa wengi uza vingi kwa wachache..)

Lakini kuhusu easiest na cheapest product katika ulimwengu wa internet ni (softwares na information) au kitu chochote ambacho unaweza ukakipackage kwenye electronic form.., iwe games, ebooks, apps e.t.c.., kwahiyo kama unaweza ukaja na kitu kama hicho utauza ulimwengu mzima kwa overheads ndogo sana.. (shipment ni minutes and at a cost of few mega bytes)

Kumbuka don't dry to re-invent the wheel na usipoteze nguvu ku-fight with the big guns, lakini if you want to be up there with the best create your own product

The best way to go national and international is to buy a franchase it demands lots of capital and good business acumen such people like mufuruki has done it with wolworth and other internationals brands available in the market.capital is not only the key but marketing gimmicks is the eye opener for any product its through marketing we create consumer awereness and build brands.The disadvantage of starting business in Tanzania its a low end market which will take time to build your brand
