2, trycept - round 5, kila round try 20
3, sqwashi - round 5, kila skwash round 20
4, kukata tumbo - round 5, kila round nimeenda 20,
vp hiyo mkuu kwa ujumla nimetumia kama dakika 45 kufinish
Push ups itafocus kifua na triceps.
Triceps umefocus kwenye mkono.
Squats miguu.
Yaani umepiga zoezi limelenga kila sehemu ya mwili.
