RESOLUTION NO 001/2008
REAFFIRMING the rules and Regulation of JF
HAVING CONSIDERED the recent events that befell JF,
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION for a wonderful work done by the moderators to overcome the problem,
EXPRESSING ONCE AGAIN appreciation for the moral, financial and other supports given by the committed members of JF,
DETERMINING that the life and welfare of JF is to the advantage of every justice loving Tanzanian,
DETERMINED to make it live its life to the fullest without any interference either from within or without,
CONSIDERING the enormous amount of time, energy and brain invested in the JF,
CONSIDERING FURTHER that the assets so invested is an expression of our patriotism regardless of age, rank, gender, political affiliation, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, tribe, intellectual level, race or colour of skin,
CONVINCED that the work of JF is beneficial to all Tanzanians whether they know it or not,
RECALLING that before joining JF no one was coerced, bribed or approached in any other form of undue influence,
NOTING that all the contributions by members of JF have always been freely and voluntarily given and expressed for the betterment of our country,
BELEIVING that no one has a right to interfere with the natural and fundamental rights of the members of freedom of expression either before or after he/she has expressed him/herself,
STRESSING that Tanzanian political forum has benefited a lot from the contributions of JF members,
NOTING that no member has financial gains from this endeavour to bring about democratic governance in our country,
CONSCIOUS of the fact that any attempt by anybody, or action from whatever source, that nay have the effect of hampering the smooth running of the affairs of JF at this particular time in the history of Tanzania may most likely affect the historical matters currently taking place in the country,
DETERMINED not to allow any such attempt or action take place,
POINTS OUT that, no excuse, be it stupidity, ignorance, illiteracy, laana, frustration arising from family or work, psychological problems, financial loss, or even life-saving attempt, will be accepted in exchange for the smooth running of the affairs of JF,
REMINDING everybody that no one owns the ideas that are expressed in JF once they are expressed and forms part of JF, and so no one has a right to deal with them as he/she wishes to the detriment of JF,
HEREBY RESOLVES that, whoever attempts, threatens by words or deeds, does or utters anything that results in:
a) partial of full stoppage of the work of JF, even for a minute,
b) Partial or full deletion of any of the contents of JF,
c) Financial, physical or psychological harm to the moderators, administrators, members, benefactors, sponsors, beneficiaries of any of the above,
SUCH PERSON, ORGANISATION, INSTITUTION, in whatever form and name, SHALL be dealt with an a manner which is neither terrorist, nor diplomatic; but which, by all intent and purposes, will make him/her/it pay equally, to each and everybodys amount of pain, harm, mental torture and loss, regard being given to the time, energy, dignity, rights, finance, and any other thing that will be considered by the stakeholders to be worthy of being indemnified, compensated and repaid in full; regardless of where, who and what the victim might be; and the time it will take for this polite promise to be fulfilled.
AND NOW, the United Congregation of Right Thinking Members of JF [UNCRTM-JF] calls upon all peace and justice loving members, sponsors, benefactors, well-wishers;
To trace and expose all those who, for whatever reason on earth, attempts, or tries to attempt, to interfere with, or have actually interfered with, the smooth running of JF by whatever means and ways; and all those who falsely thinks that they can play around with the welfare of Tanzania by tampering with JF.
