Firstly,we're not sure whether that is true or not.If its true,is that an issue?Among the qualifications of joining higher learning institutions,is HIV positivity an obstracle to get that chance? If its an obstracle then all institutions exhibiting this are going against their directories.I'm sure that is not the way things are.I know that once someone is selected to join any learning institution he/she must undergo medical examination,HIV status is not among the items to be examined. Therefore HIV status remain personal till when someone decide to disclose to the society that she/he is affected.Anyone can be affected regardless of the sponsor responsible for one's studies in learning institutions. Those who are blaming this(if its real happening)because of increasing the number of affected people in the institutions, are they sure that if this mode is neglected(if its real happening again)is HIV status going to be 100%negative?The answer is NO.People should not use other people's status to legalize their sexual weaknesses. We need to get matured and concentrate on improving education against stigmatization otheswise a wrong perception is going to be initiated by a great thinker!
