Je ni kweli ajira ni za kugawana kindugu au kwa kutoa pesa?

Kwa sasa Serikali na mashirika yake haipaswi kuwa ndio mwajiri mkuu, badala yake serikali wajibu wake ni kujenga na kukuza sekta binafsi ili itoe ajira. Ni bahati mbaya sana wahitimu wengi wana ndoto za miaka ya 80 kwamba ajiri ziko serikalini au mashirika ya umma kama Tanesco, BoT, NSSF, PPF, Mamlaka za maji nk. hivyo wanapopata kazi makampuni binafsi huwa hawajitumi kwani wanachukulia kama vile mtu aliyepunzika barazani kwa mtu kusubiri mvua iishe aendelee na safari yake. Wengine hukaa tuu nyumbani wanangojea ajira za serikali na mashirika yake wakati kila mwaka vyuo vinatoa wahitimu wapya. Bila kuondoa mawazo mgando kwa jamii kuwa ili uhesabike una kazi nzuri ni mpaka uajiriwe kwenye serikali na mashirika yake, malalamiko juu ya ajira za upendeo hayataisha. Baadhi ya waajiri binafsi nao wanaelekea kukata tamaa ya kutoa ajira kwa wahitimu wapya kwani hawakai, hujifunza kazi na kukimbilia serikalini na wakati mwingine kwenda kulipwa mshahara mdogo zaidi kwa mategemeo ya kusomeshwa zaidi kuko mbeleni

Mkuu, I ddnt mean kudharau hiyo package,wala hizo kazi. Hapa nimeingia ktk minds za wasomi wengi ambao ukiwatajia ajira za aina hii watakubeza na hata kukutoa maana,huwa zinachukuliwa kama kazi za wasiyoenda shule, graduate wengi hasa waha Wenzangu wa (Business) huwa critics sana tunapoambiwa kuna kazi ktk informal sectors na sme's, Unaota kuwa CCO,CFO,COO right after Graduation!!!

Now tell me something!!! do u really review all 3000 applications in order to get the minimum number of candidates to be shortlisted?! am afraid inaweza kuwa ni one of the most boring tasks kupata wa2 wa kuwa shortlisted katika mazingira kama hayo unless kama kuna mambo mnazingatia- like First In First Reviewed na mkishwaapata, zinazofuata zote zinaenda kapuni!!!! Hebu tupe hint; may be kupeleka application mapema or on the deadline inaweza kuwa na effect in one way or another!!!! what du really consider katika kupata shortlist? dadavua mwaa!!!

Wasaidiz wake walipokea hongo ili watu wa kuingia interview waingie watoto wa wakurugenzi na vigogo.
