Dear Applicant. In acknowledgment to your application received by this organization. I wish to inform you that your request to participate in this upcoming conference meeting have been accepted by the International Humanitarian Foundation due to your invitee (miss rita benjermin) who is a member and staff of this organization. The coming international Conference will be held in two different countries. The Conference meeting is open for every one who is interested to Participate. Note that registration is free. Delegates are eligible to participate together as a group of (2) from each Country or organization but not more than (4) you can also participate as an individual, for it is not necessary that one must belong to an Organization to be eligible to attend this Conference, individual can also participate. The independent Donors and the Sponsors is fully responsible for delegate travelling document (Visa) processing for the both countries, Air round trip tickets from your country of resident to the both countries where the conference will be held and along with an accommodation here in united state where the first phase of the event will be held.

Note that you will only be responsible to pay your hotel accommodation charges in Dakar Senegal where the second phase of the event will be held immediately after your registration, which is to prove to the American Immigrant High Commission that you will attend the both phases of the meetings, and not remain here in united state,after the first phase of the conference is over and it's compulsory for delegates to attend the both conference.

Be informed that as soon as you have been registered by international Humanitarian foundation here in united state, an official invitation letter will be send to you and also to the American Embassy in your country of resident to enable you obtain the visa to participate in this event. You are to present a paper on the topics of the Conference, which is Human Trafficking and Child Abuse has it affect your society, for all documentation will be published by international Humanitarian foundation. And certificate will be giving to all participants as a representative of the international Humanitarian foundation who is fighting against human trafficking.

Note that without your hotel booking confirmation slip, the American Immigrant High Commission cannot be able to authorize your visa document to attend the upcoming Conference meeting here in united state.
