Is Magufuli a Marxist or another Petty Bourgeoisie in a class of his own?

This is an open discussion for those learned in Marxist Philosophy and able to apply the Marxist theory including his Dialectics to asses the current status and trend of the President of Tanzania

Looking at Magufuli within the scope of Marxist philosophy you might get mixed messages but carefully analysis can help in digesting his leadership style and approach within the realm of Marxism.The question that needs to be answered include the following
  1. Which class does Magufuli represent?The Proletariat or the Bourgeoisie
  2. Is Magufuli despotic?and can this be justified under the current situation?
  3. Are there classes in Tanzania that feel that their interest are represented by JPM?Is it the working class?
  4. Have the class struggles been manifested in the past?
  5. Is the class better off now?If at all it exist
  6. Can you honestly argue that JPM is Marxist given his recent actions and policies
  7. Within the spectrum of a Despot and Marxist which frame work best describes Magufuli
  8. Based on Experience,Is there a chance that JPM is Marxist who has not well mastered Marxism Principles?
