Interview ya ajabu

Siku chache zilizopita niliitwa mahali kwa ajili ya interview! Kiukweli, hii kwangu ilikuwa ni interview ya aina yake ambayo sikupata kuishuhudia tangu naanze mambo ya kusaka ajira! Pamoja na wasahiliwa wengine; pia nilikuwapo mimi na mshikaji mmoja ambae nafanya nae kibarua kwenye ofisi moja.

Kulikuwa na session tatu. Asubuhi kabla ya saa tano, tulifanyiwa usahili wa kawaida tu ambao ulilenga kufahamu background yetu. Ilipofika saa nne unusu; tukaenda kupigwa bonge la tea!!!

NIKASHANGAA!

Baada ya tea, tukaenda session nyingine ambapo hii ilikuwa ni oral interview ya mmoja mmoja! Ilipofika zamu yangu, pamoja na mambo mengine nikaulizwa maswali ya ndani kabisa yanayohusu kampuni ninayofanyia kibarua! Wakataka kufahamu hadi namna products/services zinazotolewa pale ofinini kwetu zinavyobamba wateja! Maswali haya yakanishangaza sana na kimsingi nikashindwa kabisa kuvumilia na ndipo nilipowauliza “are all these parts of interview or something else!” Wakanijibu ni part of interview questions! Palepale jamaa nikajuwa wanachotaka toka kwetu sio kutuajiri bali walikusudia kufanya marketing intelligence! Na kwavile sikuwa comfortable na aina hiyo ya maswali; nikawaambia wazi kwamba am not comfortabale with such types of questions therefore i’ve no answer! Wakaniambia msahiliwa hana uamuzi wa kuamua ni swali gani aulizwe na lipi asiulizwe!!!

Baada ya kuona sitowi ushirikiano, wakanipiga maswali ya faster faster na wakaniambia nisubiri final session! Hata hivyo, sikusubiri bali nikasepa zangu! Jioni ilipofika, nikakutana na mshikaji wangu ambae tulikuwa wote interview! Nilipomuuliza baada ya second session, nini kiliendelea; akajibu ilipofika mchana walipigwa bonge la lunch! Na nilipomuuliza maswali ambayo waliulizwa, kwakweli iliniuma sana! Sikumchelewesha, pale pale nikamwambia kwamba amemsaliti mwajiri.

Nimetoa simulizi ili kuwatahadharisha watu! Bila shaka mtindo huo unatumika sehemu mbalimbali! Let’s not be cheap bana! Hao jamaa inaelekea badala ya ku-invest kufanya research wanaamua kutumia watafuta kazi kwa ujira wa chips kuku! Kama nawe umeshawahi kukutana na interview ya aina hii na ukatoa ushirikiano, basi fahamu fika kwamba umemsaliti mwajiri wako.

Its makes sense kumuinterview mtu kwa kuinquire ufahamu wake katika kile anachokifanya,
lakini kama jamaa hawana nia ya kuajiri ila wanataka information pekee, they are evil.

Na Jamaa alikuwa sahihi kabisa kuachana nao.
 
Na mimi napingana na wewe, huwezi kuniuliza maswali ya ndani kabisa ambayo kimsingi hayaendani na utendaji wangu kama alivyosimulia Mpwa....zipo interview questions nyingi sana lakini hizo za kuulizana maswali ya kampuni yako ni wizi tu. Haya lakini tuwe na tahadhari hata kama lengo lao halikua hilo lakini kwaewza kuwa na kitu kama hicho next time.

MKUU, kuna tofauti kubwa sana kati ya kujua background yangu na kujua mambo ya ndani ya kampuni! Hebu tufananishe maswali yafuatayo:
1. What was ur sales turnover over the last three months?
2. What is the company sales turnover over the last three months?

Hayo maswali wewe unaona ni sawa? Swali la kwanza anataka kufahamu wewe kama wewe na ku-evaluate uwezo wako, lakini la pili anafahamu kwamba kampuni inaweza kuwa na sales people zaidi ya mmoja kwahiyo hapo sio anataka kuku-evaluate wewe bali ku-evaluate company sales/position......hapo i strongly disagree kwamba ni interview question, but purely markting intelligence mkuu!
 
Aisee... Kwa kweli ulifanya vizuri kuwaambia haupo kabisa comfortable na swali zao na ulifanya vizuri kuondoka. Huwezi kumziwia mtu mwengine kutoa ushirikiano ila nadhani unaweza kuwaripoti kwa authority fulani (canmber of commerce maybe?). Labda hakuna kitakacho fanyika ila kwa wewe mwenyewe kujiridhisha ni bora ukatoe taarifa.

I doubt u misinterpreted the questions....bt the good thing is that u followed your heart, that puts u at peace with your own self! But YOUR NO BODY to JUDGE YOUR COLLEAGUE AS A TRAITOR, we differ in our common sense and our ways of reasoning naturally...those differences shouldnt classify us as wasaliti or watsoever!
 
ni kwel now days campany hazitaki kufanya research abt they product wanatumia udhaifu wetu kwao kuwa advantage kaka nakupongeza kwa hilo

But YOUR NO BODY to JUDGE YOUR COLLEAGUE AS A TRAITOR, we differ in our common sense and our ways of reasoning naturally...those differences shouldnt classify us as wasaliti or watsoever!

Mkuu, usiniambie hata katika maisha ya kawaida huwezi juwa mtu anayekuchimba! Wale jamaa hawakuwa na cha kazi wala nini, walikuwa na lengo la kuangalia strengths na weakness za competitors wao! by the way ukisema AM NO BODY, utakuwa unakosea sana ingawaje hilo ndio tatizo letu wabongo!!! my spirit ni kwamba, whenever i work, i take the company as mine no matter wht! Lakini unasema am no body to judge someone, wakati mwenyewe unanijaji kwamba am no body!!! wht nikikuambia the company i was working is our family company but i'd to look for other opportunities(puting into consideration mambo kama ya opportunity costs)?!
 
Matapeli wengi kweli hapa mjini ...ulifanya jambo la maana mzazi.

umeona enhee?! tena walinikera sana walipofikia hatua ya kutoa tea na lunch!!! yaani ni kama giving out information in exchange na misosi yao! Tena itabidi nimuulie vizuri yule mwana, manake kama sikosei nakumbuka aliniambia walipotoka pale kila mmoja alilamba 15,000/=!!! nakumbuka aliniambia ki2 kama hicho lakini i didn't concetrate! So, kama ndivyo, ni interview gani hiyo ya kutoa hadi sitting allowance?! TZ; sitting allowance wakati wa interview?!!
 
Kama uliamua kuwaachilia mbali ulifabya swala la busara sana .hongera sana ,hao jamaa ni wababaishaji hawana lolote.

Nakupongeza kwa kuonyesha ukomavu wako. Huwezi kujua kama jamaa walikuwa wanatakakujua ikiwa unaweza kutunza siri za kampuni. Lakini pia maswali waliokuwa wanakuuliza yapimi uwelewa, ufanisi na tija unayoweza kutoa kwa kampuni bali ilikuwa kutafuta umbea tu. Hongera kwa ukomazi wako. You are who you are and no someone else.

Achana na wanatafuta kazi za kujipendekeza. Onyesha kuwa unaijua kazi na utafuti kazi za favour bali unaijua.
