Internet Explorer crashes with a message "Iexplore.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close"

Trouble:
One of our readers reported a problem with windows Internet Explorer, according to him suddenly at any time Internet Explorer closes abruptly with a message box which says

"Iexplore.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience"

If you click the Click here link at the bottom of the message box, error signature information that is similar to the following error signature information may appear:

App name: Iexplore.exe
App version: 6.0.2800.1106
Module name: Mo030414s.dll
Module version: 1.0.0.0
Offset: 000294cc

The signature may also list one of the following files instead of the mo030414s.dll file:
M030106shop.dll, M030206pohs.dll, Mdefshop.dll, Moaa030425s.dll, Moz030715s.dll

Fix:
This problem occurs because one of the following third party browser helper objects (BHO) is installed on your computer:
• BuyersPort
• Morpheus
• Morpheus Shopping Club
• WURLD Shopping Community

So you need to uninstall these browser helper objects from your Internet Explorer in order to resolve the IE crashing issue.

Follow the step by step procedure given below to uninstall these browser helper objects:

How to uninstall the browser helper objects:
1. Start >> Run and type iexplore

2. Go to Tools > Manage Add-ons > Enable or Disable Add-ons

3. A "Manage Add-ons " dialog box will appear.

You can click the "Show" pull-down to only Show Add-ons currently loaded in Internet Explorer, or all add-ons used by Internet Explorer.

4. A list will show each add-on's name, publisher, status, type, and file related to the add-on.

5. To disable an add-on, select the add-on then click the "Disable" radio button at the bottom left of the window.

6. Click "OK" when done.

Oh yeah,

I recommended that... But the prob with some sites is: You got no option to run their products without IE. See several Online Scanners.

Thats still not an issue. Firefox offers an extension by the name of IE Tab which allows you to switch to the functionality of Internet Explorer using Firefox so that Online Scanners will work.
