Hapo umenena, mano si ndiyo wazungu wanaita vission, na weledi si professionalism? siji uwezo kwa kizungu ni nini? au una maana ya cohesive power?, au dira/
 
Hivi nchi haiwezi kutegeneza maono/vission na miongozo ya kufuata ili kufikia hayo maano? sina maana ile ya kiuchumi, nina maana ya kuwa nchhi inatakiwa uongzwe namna gani na sifa za viongozi kutufikisha hukp?
