If Nakuru's GDP is equal to Rwanda's, why is Nakuru town not even close to the beauty of Kigali city

Majirani Kenya wanaamini kwenye kuongea lugha ya Kimalkia na GDP kubwa hata kama wananchi wanalala njaa au wanalala kwenye vibanda wao hawajali nyie endelea na uzuri wa Kigali.
 
My question is between Nakuru and Kigali, which city is developed, let's talk simple things, wachana na mambo ya gdp

Hizi mambo za Gdp ni B.s. sometimes .Nigeria has a whooping GDP of 500 Billion $ but , But nenda huko Lagos it’s crap. Mambo yapo hovyo hovyo tu, and ask the locals everyone dreams of getting out of the SH-! Ho** country.

Turudi kwenye mada is Nakuru comparable to Kigali.

utajiri wa royal families chache gawanya kwa maskini walio wengi wanaoishi Nakuru = Wananchi wa Nakuru ni matajiri kuliko Rwanda.

Chigali city iko slightly more developed but the rural areas of Rwanda are poorer than Nakuru. Nakuru iko na utajiri mkubwa kwa sababu ya vitu hivi.
1) Geothermal power stations in Naivasha generating more than 750 MW of power. Total cost of building these powerplants is more than $4 billion.
2) Flower industry in KE is mainly based in Naivasha. This industry exports more than $1 billion worth of flowers every year.
3.) Tourism. Naivasha is a top 3 tourist destination in KE. Mombasa and Masai Mara
are the only competitors. Naivasha has many high class tourist hotels.
4.) Molo is becoming an industrial town. Just last week the president opened a big cement plant. A milk processing plant was also opened recently.
5) Nakuru town itself is the fourth biggest urban area with more than a million residents and big industrial companies like Menengai oil. The value of goods and services generated in Nakuru town is sizeable.
So Rwanda can be compared with Nakuru, one of the richest counties in KE. If you think Rwanda is wealthier then tell me why, after all this is just a discussion.
